The RAA Cooking Demo Stage is your front-row seat to all things delicious at CheeseFest.

Catch a lineup of chefs, cheesemakers, and flavour-makers sharing their favourite recipes, clever tips, and passion for local produce — live and unscripted. Headlined by our Master of Fromage, Matt Preston, the program is a blend of practical cooking tips and tricks, and cheeky hijinks from your favourite presenters.

Expect everything from cheesy crowd-pleasers and wine-friendly bites to unexpected pairings and plenty of laughs along the way.
