I can't find my ticket - what do I do!?

You can try searching for an email from hello@cheesefest.com.au in your inbox, if you have more than one email address do a quick search through each. Be sure to check your junk email folder.

We suggest downloading the Eventbrite App and logging in before the festival so you can easily access your tickets at the gate.
If you still can’t find it, you can contact us at hello@cheesefest.com.au

I bought tickets for Sunday but my email says the tickets are for Saturday?! What is going on?

The confirmation email will state the beginning of the whole event.. Make sure you check the pdf attachment to ensure that the tickets have been purchased for the correct day.

If you have actually purchased the wrong ticket - no wokkas - just shoot us an email and we will fix it up for you - hello@cheesefest.com.au.

Will tickets be available at the door?

We strongly suggest buying tickets prior to guarantee a fun and cheesy weekend. If the event space reaches capacity (taking into account online orders), we will halt ticket sales at the door. We cap numbers to ensure each and every patron can get the best experience possible, and to limit wait times at stalls.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes, you can read about our refund policy on our Eventbrite Ticketing Page.
Do I need to print the tickets?
Nope! You can find your tickets as a pdf attached to your confirmation email or you can download and install the Eventbrite app.
Cash or card?
We're proud that for the first time in CheeseFest history we will be partnering with Commbank who make paying with card simple. Plus it’s much faster and reduces queues on the day.
Be cheesy, not sleasy
Creating a safe, welcoming and non-intimidating event environment is what we’re all about so any inappropriate behaviour, of an intoxicated nature or not, that is dangerous to yourself and or others, is just not acceptable. We have a strict ‘no tolerance’ policy so if we witness any of the above, we reserve the right to take appropriate action and have you removed from the venue.
